Said they Sent package but never recieved. Contacted them, even offered to pay again to have items re-made but they refuse to answer my e-mails, ripoff

I contacted this company via e-mail about ordering some custom made medival cloths. They person I spoke to was Paige. I was very impressed with the pictures of the products they offered, so I ordered. A month went by, so I contacted Paige for a status. She said she had mailed the package to me weeks prior. She said she would check with her post office and get back to me.

After a week went by, I e-mailed her again and she stated that she was having the Post office track it down and that she had had a simular incedent with another customer.

After another week, I e-mailed her asking for a status, never heard back from her. Then every week I would send her an e-mail, asking her to please contact me, but still heard nothing.

Then out of desperation, I offered to re-pay because I wanted the cloths but still she refuses to contact me. So, I'm out over $100 and Paige from Camalot creations refuses to work this out.

All SCA/Renisaunce/medival enthusianst, beware of this mercant!!!
