The worst customer service I have ever seen Ripoff

On March 7th I called Personal Creations to find out if I placed an order that day, would I receive it by 3/27. I was told YES. So I placed an order on-line on 3/7. Order # W1*

I went to the Personal Creations web-site to track my package and it stated that it was shipped on 3/13, but it does not give any type of tracking information.

On 3/15 I went on line and requested tracking information from Personal Creations "contact us" form. No reply. On 3/17 I did this again. No reply.By 3/20 I had still not received the package so I again filled out the "contact us" form on their web-site requesting tracking information, thought maybe the third time would be a charm. No dice. Again, no Reply.

I called on 3/21 and was told the package would be delivered within 10 days of the ship date. The customer service rep did not even ask for my order #. I guess that is the answer to any shipping questions.

On 3/23 I went on-line and requested contact information again. On 3/24 I received and email simply stating that I should have the package "any day now" and that it takes 7 - 10 business days. On 3/27 it was 10 business days. Still no package. So I went on-line and requested tracking information again. No reply. On 3/28 I could not get the on-line request page to work, so I replied to the 2 email address that I received emails from. No reply. On 3/29 I emailed, I tried to filled out the contact us form, that was still not working and then I called. I was told by a person named Patty that she could not track my package, that she had no way of getting that information, but the delivery company said that all orders would be delivered by 3/31. So I asked what if it doesn't come? I was told that she would enter another order for me, but if the first package showed up I would have to pay for both. Plus, she could not tell me when I would receive the replacement order but she would try to get it to me before the middle of the following week. So then I am told that if I wait until the 31st and the package still doesn't come, then they will send me a replacement order at no charge, but if they receive confirmation that I did received the first package I would be charged for both. And the kicker to all of this is they wanted me to wait until the 31st, but if they put a replacement order in on the 31st, I wont get it on time. Classic.

Then I call again and I am told by another customer service person that my order is due to arrive at the post office several counties away on 4/1. Why Patty could not tell me this, I don't know, but this is the new information I was able to get 15 minutes after talking to Patty. Both Patty and the other customer service rep gave me their manager Gerry's voice mail. Which was funny because they both put me on hold to talk to Gerry, but when I wanted to talk to her, she left.

Both refused to give me the name of anyone who could try to fix this so that I received my order when I needed it. I was told to write a letter to the CEO, but they refused to give me that person's name. I explained that if I wrote them a letter it would not get to them in time for anything to be done about this. Their answer was basiclly, "sorry"!!

Bottom line, several children are not going to get the Easter Baskets that I ordered for them because I will not receive them on time to assemble them and ship them out. And how does Personal Creations feel about these children being disappointed? They can careless one way or another.
