Around the 10th-12th of May, I ordered The Equilizer DVD Collection for $75.00 thru TVRuby.com. They had no problem in obtaining the money from my account on the 13th-14th of May. I received a e'mail with a order number, tracking number thru the Canadian Post Office. It took six to eight days to arrive at the border. For over a week I heard nothing from them or the Post Office. I live in the state of Colorado, I called the Canadian Postal Service and had the order tracked. They told me that it was at sea on a ship heading to Great Britain. The next day I notified the Post Office in Gypsum and in Avon Colorado and they confirmed that the US would use the same tracking number and that they haven't received the package. After I got the tracking confirm that the package arrived in Great Britain, I e'mailed TVRuby.com and asked what was up and that they gave me the wrong information on my order. They sent back a e'mail claiming that they would replace my order. I contacted they by e'mail for the new numbers and a phone number to call if it went wrong again. I haven't heard from them since I sent three e'mails afterward. I really what that DVD collection but if it's a game the money would be better. Contact me with [email protected].
