I ordered a diaper bag on 8/23/05. I paid with a credit card ($50 for the bag, $10 for shipping). I was charged immediately for the bag but was expecting it in four weeks which is the turn around time according to the website. I waited between 5 & 6 weeks and then began sending emails about the status of my order. "Terri" at Periwinkle never replied. I still haven't heard anything. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the FTC.
