I was charged the same day I placed my online order. I was also immediately sent an email verifying the receipt of the order. I waited 2 weeks and received no shipping confirmation and no product. It was a $70 order -enough to make me concerned that I hadn't received my shipment or any explanation from the company.
I then emailed them to ask about the status of my order. I received an automated response but no other communication from them.
I waited another 2 weeks and emailed them again. Same thing happened.
I waited another couple of weeks and finally found a phone number listed on their website. I called but no one answered so I left a message with my name and phone number. I have not received any follow-up from them. That was about 3 weeks ago.
I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau but have not heard back from them yet.
I have been ordering online for years and never had a problem with a company. The products I ordered are from a pretty small and unheard of company so I never expected to be rip-offed by a company selling them! Perhaps that is their angle - don't sell anything too popular so not enough people will complain to alert the authorities.
Seeing all of the reports on this website about this company I cannot understand why their website is still up and functioning! Why have they not been shut down yet?!
