I purchased a blanket from this company and the product is promoted on their site as being shipped within 24 hours of order however I did not receive my product until I made SEVERAL phone calls, emails and finally 6 weeks later after I contacted pay pal was it resolved by them sending me my order with no apology for delay or explanation.
To make matters worse, silly me ordered from them again because I liked the blanket so much and now it has been 8 weeks, I have received no product, they took my money and will not respond to phone calls, email or paypal.
