I ordered a diaper bag via Periwinkle Baby's website on April 28th. I used my husband's credit card and paid through what I thought was Pay-Pal. My husband's card was charged $50 on May 1st. I never received a confirmation email about the purchase.
The website stated that the estimated delivery time for a diaper bag was four weeks. At five weeks, with no diaper bag in sight, I contacted the company thru their websites email (I had previously emailed the company before I ordered the bag to ask it's size, and I DID receive a response.) After getting no response, I then called the telephone number listed on their site. I was only able to leave a message.
Needless to say, I have no diaper bag and no response from Periwinkle Baby. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (several had already been filed by others). They, too, got no response and the case was closed.
