I contacted Charles (800-548-1910 x1941) at Dish TV on 5/31 he told me the package available for 3 TV's was $19.95/mo for three months then it went to $37.00 for 85 channels no other fees where involved except for taxes.

After talking with my husband I called back and talk to another Representative of Dish network. She told me that she could offer the latest deal of 19.99/ month for the full year, also no other fees involved.

When I received my first full bill I was shocked to find charges for a home receiver and Dish Home Protection. When I called Dish Network on 8/12 and talked with Sidney BRG at 800-535-1929 she told me that the 19.99 was only for three months and that the full year offer was for NY only.

She told me that the other charges are standard and I asked why I was not told this before signing up when I asked specifically if there were any other charges. She could not answer me and then she told me that I needed to get in touch with the agent. I was not aware that I spoke with an agent because they pick up the phone as Dish Network and go into a short sales line.

I then talked to Thomas at 800-799-7175 he was unable to help me and forwarded me to a Supervisor to call me back. When I did not receive a call back within the week I called 800-799-7175 and asked to speak to a supervisor. I talked to Chris, Joe Pestro and Misty Sabastin (not sure of spelling on any of these names) no one could help me. I was told another Supervisor would call me. I am still waiting.

On September 9 I contacted both 800 #'s that I had as contact information and the Dish TV Now Representative hung up on me when I asked for their address.

Both companies, and all Representatives, and Supervisors gave nothing but snotty attitudes with exception of Renata whom I talked with again in September. When I talked with Renata she agreed with me on the charges except for the extra charge on the receiver for five dollars. She forwarded me to the account representative.

I talked to the account representative the account representative tells me that no The 19.95 was only for 3 months and I don't qualify for the full year. "That deal was only for NY". I asked the girl how I would know about a deal in NY if I wasn't offered it to begin with and also told her that Renata agreed with me. She told me Renata was wrong.

I was sold a package by Dish TV. I want them to stay with the original agreement. I feel that they where negligent in not informing me of any and all charges and I am now stuck in a year long service and being over charged. Dish Network tells me that I need to speak to the dealer and Dish TV Now says I need to talk with Dish TV.

I have gotten nothing but the run around with both companies. I have also received a letter back from FCC saying they do not take individual complaints that I should contact the Consumer Response Center.
