The representative by name Mario called me one day to sign up for the dish network and he told me that he is calling from New Jersy and the company name is Elephant Group. He told me that I can try dish network for 30days with money back guarantee and with out any contracts but It was a big lie.
When I called the dish network and they said I was under a contract of 18 months and now I have to pay several hundreds of dollar to cancel the dish connection. When I told the customer service that Mario told me about the 30day money guarantee and they said there was no such deal. It is a big lie to get me signed for dish network.
Even the customer service reps at DISH network were not co-operative either and they were not bothered to go back and check the original order they took over the phone. I am still fighting with them. I will never use dish in my life and now I see several complaints about dish network. I wonder why they do not care and no one take any action against them.
I do not want any one to get in to trouble like this. I would suggest every one to get everything in writing
before accepting the order.
