Be very wary of signing on with dish network, they will tell you anything to get you to sign and once you do they got you for 24 months, I was lied to about 2 different features and the fact that I had to buy a hd tv to have the service, money to be told by the tech who installed the system that I didn't have to have a hd tv. When I called back to complain I was told by the supervisor that's the policy of the Dish Network to tell people they need a hd tv, even though she new it wasn't true. Tried to cancel after 2 weeks when I became aware of the other lies, but they said they would hit me with $480.00 in early term fees. Great company, stay as far away as possible.
