They took my order, gave me info on how to pay the $59.99, had me telephone back in and give my confirmation code. They mailed me a letter regarding payment again. I never had telephone service ever. They told me there is nothing they can do because the computer says they connected me and I have never had service.
They refuse to give me my money back, and now have suspended my service for lack of payment of another $74.48. They refuse to terminant my service, I want my money back and they need to be put behind bars for ripping people off.
