Rip-off!!!
I put a $1000, deposit on a leather sofa at the Maurice Villency store in Manhattan. They didn't have an invoice book for the deposits for furniture so they gave me an invoice for "in-home design service". The told me to ignore that, as the design service is a free service.
A day later I changed my mind and cancelled the sofa order. They refuse to give my money back and said I was being charged for the design service. This was 3 months ago, I have had no design service or sofa and they refuse to give my money back.
The web site: Villency.com clearly indicates a complimentary Interior Design Service.
Rip-off!!!
