MCI never sent me a balance during the year that I had service with them. Several times they sent me letters threatening to disconnect the service if I didnt pay. The three times I sent payment, they lost two of the checks and refuse to update the account when I paid by credit card. I have proof of payment on my credit card but they refuse to acknowledge it. Without verification of payment I cant get their service which includes free nights and weekends service. I strongly suspect that they dont want me to be a customer so that I am not eligible for that plan (for which they loose alot of money on!).
