Refusing service lying corrupting info using imaginative interpretations to avoid paying servicers not having emergency contractors Ripoff

This company uses fraudulent practices to avoid doing what is promises to do.

1. They ask for money when the bill is paid.
2. Their voice recognition system is complicated enough that most people will give up trying to get a human being.
3. Most contractors in the area refuse to do business with them because they do not pay their bills.
4. The one contractor they do have does not show up for emergencies.
5. They authorize payments and then refuse to reimburse the customer who has to get their own service people when AHS does not fulfill their obligations.
6. The people who work there, either through incompetence or because they are paid to lie, put things in the wrong files, refuse to give authorizations, come up with creative interpretations as to what service people say in order to avoid making payments, tell you emergencies are not emergencies, promise to call back when they never do, promise to call companies that don't call, try to send you incompetent service people, charge you for services and then refuse to fix things because they discover they are under warranty when they should have checked that first.
7. This is a disreputable organization in every way.
