Ripoff Cashed my $240.00 us money order and sent me an emptey package with no jewelry in it. Canton Georgia

I sent my money order to this jewllery comp.in the amount of $240.00 us and all I got was an emptey package. I asked the seller to refund me my money or re-send my jewllery. He sent me one email to me telling me that he would find out what happened.

I never heard from him again. He is ignoring my emails. I need help with this matter.
