I purchased Japanese cosmetics from this ebay seller, fubsypig in May. They charged me a total of $83.98 USD ($69.98 USD for the product and $14.00 USD for the shipping) via PayPal immediately after the transaction.
I wrote them an email in early June, asking them why I haven't received the package. They wrote me back, asking me to be patient and saying that they've placed a trace at the post office. I asked them for the tracking number, so I could check here in USA. They didn't reply me.
Another month passed by and I still haven't received the package. I wrote them again, asking for a refund. They replied, asking me to give them more time and promised that if the package gets lost, they will return the money back to me.
Several emails were then sent back and for a few months. They always asked me to be patient because they were still tracking the package and if they can't find it, they will send me the refund.
Now, it's December! I still haven't received the package. And here is the last email I got from them.
"Hello,
We have not receive your return package yet. If the package is failed
to deliver, it will return to us. And we will send you again.
Thanks,
fubsypig's store"
I think it's so obvious that this package is lost after 7 months! And, they should keep their promise and send me the refund.
Please don't buy anything from fubsypig on ebay!!!
