I won an Embassy USA Italian Stone Design Shoulder Backpack on E-Bay (item#6700495733) on Aug. 15th, for $22.00. I contacted seller to let her know I would be sending a money order and promptly mailed it. I didn't hear from her about shipping the item so I e-mailed her to inquire and she responded: "I HAVEN'T RECEIVED PAYMENT YET!!!"
I thought it was strange so I contacted Traveler's Express to find out if money order had been cashed. Seller cashed money order on August 30 and has yet to send the item, has not answered my repeated attempts to contact her through e-mail, and has not responded to the report I filed with E-Bay's dispute resolution. I am pretty ticked off and want the backpack or a refund immediately! It's been over a month since I won the bid and it's been 17 days since she received payment. What's the deal? Has she been taking lessons from jewelry by ezra? $22 may not be a fortune, but when someone pays (in good faith and promptly) for something—it's usually cause they want that item!
