Received billing today for 2 charges on 7/05 for 35.89 and the other 7/11/05 for 12.71 both calls made after ll: 30pm into the wee hours of morning.
Phoned Navicomm to find out about these billings as no one on computer @ this time of night or morning and they told me to look under my history folder under modem log and that would tell me what website I had visited because they keep no records of such billings.
Well, if you can't keep records of what site I am on then you can't very well bill me for $48.60 of course; in which I AM NOT GOING TO PAY!
After looking @ all the complaints on this "One Call" company; how come no one has yet been able to stop these billings.
