S a compulsive liar my dog is 8 mths old im still waiting for papers or a dog ripoff

I purchased my chihuahua in march lisas been telling me for 6 mths my akc papers are coming they never did. She tells me she has my papers in hand but i called akc shes under investigation. She says this is not true and will over night my papers again they never come. She offered me a dog but again you cant get her to do what she says. I have told her to forget the dog and to send me what i have coming to me. My dogs papers. She wont return my phone calls or emails. My dog also has luxating pattela which is genetic. I have a year genetic guarentee but cant get her to respond to the emails. I feel i should be refunded my money but still keep my dog. After all i pd, 625.00 for a dog that was suppose to come with papers and all the trouble this lady has put me through including large phone bills. My dog could need surgery. I have a friend who purchased 2 dogs off her. She has no papers for one and the second dog was ill when picked up at thr airport.
