Ripoff, deceptive, on dial-up system, Navicomm has the gun, One Call has the bullets

I receive two billings totaling over $200.00, I didn't know anything about the charges until I receive the bill in the mail.

I tryed to talk to One Call on the phone three times about who was charging me and they said they didn't know who the company was. Navicomm is the middle man on this scam, web site has a pop-up that gets around your blockers and then you can't delete from your screen unless you open the site, then they have a dial-up that connects you to One Call and then the meter starts at
$2.00 per min.

It all happens in the blink of a eye. It's deceptive it's greed. This same company has webphone that only charges. 019 cents per. Min for U.S. Calls.
