I'll sum this up as quickly as possible:
Paid to have AY Transport move our belongings from CA to OR.
Shipment showed up two weeks late and missing 2 items.
They said those two items were in their warehouse and would be shipped ASAP.
Two months go by with no further information or shipment.
Finally when I call they tell me one item is not in their warehouse, (so where did it go?!?!?), and that the other would be shipped shortly.
I finally get the other item a month later.
When I ask where the other one is, they say they have no idea.
When I ask to speak to the manager or owner, they tell me, "He doesn't speak to clients". What?!?!
When I ask for a refund because they breeched the contract by showing up late, they tell me they don't feel a refund is due.
When I ask for compensation for my lost/stolen piece of artwork, they tell me to file a claim w/www.claimmanagement.org (who, by the way, is in league with them, if not owned by them, as the respondant to my BBB complaint was coincidentally [email protected])
