Refused refund, sold wrong item in box RIPOFF

I bought a PNY grafix card, 5500,128 mb, agp 8x, and STAPLES told me they would take it back, if it didn't work for my system.

I took it back, the grafix on my pc games was bad, they told me that the card didn't match the box. Not my fault, that is what they sold me, they insulted me, told me that I switched them.

I looked in the box and the card, the card was a 5700 and all the paper work was for a 5700, they should of refunded me and took it up with PNY technologies or there distbutors on mispackaging, not my fault.
