I made a purchase from Northwest Glass Art in November and sent them a money order. The site still says "pending receipt of money order". I traced the money order. It was cashed on Dec 22nd by someone from Northwest Glass Art in Washington. Ive sent them 3 emails with no response and there is no other contact information provided on the website. Ive found a few message boards with peoples complaints about the company. I had no idea until there was a problem with my order.in order for me to get reimbursed for the money order i would have to pay a non refundable $12 to the money order company and my order was only for $20. I just want some sort of acknowledgement from the company and i would like to receive what i ordered sometime in the next week or maybe century would be more likely.
