You guys at Northwest Glass Art need to be more professional and answer your emails that go the the "customer service" team. I have not seen any customer service whatsovever.
Greg L., please just have the decency to let me know what is going on with my order #14552. I ordered a 6" carnival spoon for 55 dollars and either want the product or my money back.
I have sent several emails, atleast one or two a day for five days and nobody has gotten back to me. A phone number would be terriffic if you do not answer your emails.
Just send me my product or give me back my money. Come on you guys.
