On june 7th i paid a 59.99 deposit (plus 3.00 convenience fee) for phone service. I was told 1-3 business days. It is now the 8th day. They tell me the last phone in the house service was suspended. Not my fault! Call sbc and have them abandon the line i was told. Sbc says they do not handle 4-apone's accounts. Have the person who had previous service call us i was told. They told her it was 77.00 to completely disconnect the service that was already suspended! Our technical department is handling it i was told. Our technical department doesn't handle that im being told now. Hard-working people like myself are punished for past credit problems by having to deal with companies like this. Hope you get what's coming to you!!!
