18004aphone Ripped me OFF! I called 18004aphone to have service turned on with them. I like many others figured the had to be a good company with all the commercials they advertised with.
During the setup process they informed me of the service that I would be getting and then told me that the first intial payment would be $80 and then after my payment should be in the ballpark of $39.99.
They were very quick to take my credit card # and process payment they told me that I would have service within 1-2 business days this was on a Monday 6/13.
Here I am now on 6/23/05 and there is still NO SERVICE! I called everyday to see what the status was on the phone and each time a very RUDE "Customer Servie" rep would offer NO, NONE, ZIP status on what was going on with the phone.
I then decided to ask for my money back and that I did not wnat t have anything to do with their company they told me that it would take 7-10 days. I am in the process of getting a home phone through another company however, they have told me that they are unable to do anything until the existing line is off. WHAT existing line they was never a dial tone nothing was EVER turned on in my home.
I called 18004aphone back and told them that I needed to have this taken care of immediately. They told me that they could not refund my money back cause there was an active line that NEVER WORKED supposably and they could not refund my $80.
I asked t speak to a supervisor and they would tell me that there was no supervisor. WHAT, how can there be NO SUPERVISOR?
This is the absolute worst company that I have ever had to deal with. They have TERRIBLE, NASTY customer service. This company STOLE my money they are theives and I would not even consider reccomending this company to my worst enemy.
18004aPHONE RIPS-OFF hardworking americans!!! They need to be taken down. Justice for hardworking americans!!!
