I called 18004aphone on October 13 to set up phone service. I paid the $80 dollar deposit and had been waiting for over a week for them to turn my service on, when I found out I may be eligible for a dollar a month phone. So I cancelled my service and they said they would send a refund.
The other phone service company didn't work out so I decided to continue with 18004aphone. I was going to wait for the refund to get here and just send it back. Well, I waited for a couple months. First they said wait 7-10 business days and then it was 4-6 weeks. I got fed up so they cancelled the first check and resent it my other one on December 2. They told me to wait 7-10 business days.
It is now January 4 and I still have no refund. Everytime I call they tell me to call back in 24 hours and everytime i usually wait a couple days to call back and there is still no resolution. Now, I guess the service is down because no one will answer the phone. This has been a huge pain in the butt and as soon as I get the refund, if I ever get it, it will NOT be going back to them. What's worse is the customer service sucks! There rude and don't speak a lick of decent English so I dont understand what's even going on half the time.
