NPMG's Frank Salman (Director of Analysis no longer there) called me during July. He convinced me that he could save my business hundreds of dollars each month on my Credit card processing. I agreed to meet with a sales person on July 21.

The sales person was William Nesto (no longer there). As requested in the appointment confirmation letter I presented the past three months invoices from my card merchant. William took about 10 minutes to show me where I could save around $200 each month.

I agreed and signed up as a restaurant with tips for a 4 year term at 1.65% amount fee and 16 cent per transaction. I read the NQS section of the contract and asked about tips.

William assured me that as long as I entered tips within a 24 hour period, there would be no surcharges. I also had to sgn up for a lease on a 3750 Verifnne for 60 months.

From the 1st month on I have been charged an NQS for 88% of all my transactions. I called NPMG customer service in April (Stupid of me for waiting so long). They were unable to give me an explanation, but promised to return my call with one. I never received a call back. I tried for the next 3 weeks to get an answer.

Over that 3 week period I talked to the tech rep, two different customer service people and left a message with the Supervisor of Customer service. I only got to talk when by chance they answered the phone. They never once returned my call or gave me a satifactory answer to my problem.

I suggested that it might be due to tips over 20%. They immediately agreed and told me ther was nothing they could do. They finally decided to reduce the NQS % to help out. That nevr happened.

My next invoice was just as bad as all the others. I called the Manager of Customer service in June to get further help. He never returned my call. I finally got a hold of him when I called the operator an refused to hang up. He told me he would look into it. I waited a couple of days for an answer without a call.

I called The account analyst Dept. And talked to a person who promised that he would hand carry my concern to the Manager of Customer Service. I even gave him my cell phone number because I wanted the Manager to call me direct and I would not be home.

The Customer service Manager called me at home and left a message that he could do nothing, but to call him if I had Questions. He knew I would not be home and that is why he called.

I proceeded to take my last month's credit card receipts and break them out into tip and no tip categories. It took 7 hours to complete. I found out that NPMG is charging me for any transaction that has a tip (88%). I called several times the last several days with no return calls. I even threatened to go up the ladder.

I called the account analyst department again to see if they would help me. I told them I was getting no help from Customer service and that I did not want to talk with them. She put me on hold and transferred me to Customer Service anyway. Of course no want answered

I would like to get reimbursed for my losses. If I cancel the contract, it will cost me $1000.
