So we were with AT&T Wireless and very happy last year when we had to sign a new 2-year contract with Cingular (we couldn't keep our TDMA phones anymore). Anyhow, we figured on the plus side, our family plan would have rollover minutes. So we stay pretty close to the monthly minutes, but somehow accumulated 1,000 rollover minutes. Imagine my surprise when I checked my minutes last month to find if you don't use them in 12 months they expire.
I just thought I would bring it up, since their advertisements are deceptive. Remember the mom upset about the son throwing away his minutes from September? How they still work even though they are old? Ha, apparently Cingular threw them away for him.
