I called sprint because I wanted to cancel my contract service was terrible and bills were too high. I would rather pay 150.00 to cancel than have their service for any longer. They told me I would have to pay the 150.00 before they would turn off my service. I explained that I cannot even use my phone it drops all calls.
They said they would send me a new phone that costs 150.00 as a "free upgrade" at no cost to me. Well I got the phone service is still terrible all though it has improved a little bit but I still dont want sprints service and I just received a letter in the mail that they renewed my contract again.
They have been doing this to me ever since 1999 by 2001 I was suppose to be over my contract and somehow it went another year. I dont know how they get away with this. They are a total scam. They know that Cingular has much better rates and so they have to trick their customers into staying with them.
So needless to say I have a different phone and a new contract with Cingular, I let my 10 year old daughter use up the minutes I HAVE to pay for, until I can start a Class Act Suit against Sprint PCS. If you have started a suit already please contact me
