I ordered some stuff for my wife for an upcoming vacation. After about a month I tried to contact them to find out my status. Their site did not recognize my email address in their status check engine.
I sent an email asking for information and why my account had been charged, but the site did not recognize me.
To this point I have had no contact from them. I traced their IP to a server in London, but still have no contact phone number.
I must now begin the process of disputing the charges and perhaps filing a law suit. Since I just finished my first year of law school I need the practice.
