We contracted with World Moving Services to schedule our move from Arizona to Ohio. Our contract with them states that the latest date of delivery will be April 22. It is now April 29. To our knowledge all of our belongings are still in Arizona and may be shipped by May 1st. We do not have a delivery date yet.
Their customer service told us on April 25 that our delivery would be made on April 28. On April 27 they told us we were misinformed.
We have asked how to file a claim with the company to be compensated for their breach of contract and for being without any of our household items for the extra time and they have not responded to us.
