Contracted and paid for a container of personal items to be delivered from Denver, CO. To Vidor, TX. Delivery was expected in 13 days. Now it is 20 days past delivery date, public storage will not deliver my container. They have given me 3 more delivery dates since the expected delivery date.
I insured the container for $5000, the maxmium allowed. They are refusing to deliver my container or pay the insurance. Everytime I have called (6 times since April 10th) they tell me that the container is being shipped and they need to research it's location.
I finally contacted support through the Public Storage website and recieved a phone call from a delivery coordinator on April 24th stating that my container was delivered to the wrong warehouse in Houston and it would be delivered to my home by April 26th. I recieved another call on April 26th stating that my container would not be delivered until May 1st. On April 30th I recieved a bill for storage of my container in the Houston location from April 9th till April 30th.
