Customer dis-service, more describes the losers here. They were all-to-eager to receive payment for a product maintenance agreement on my Koss dvd player, purchased less than two years ago, but when I needed them to honor things, they said they have no record of my purchase. Haha Losers, is what Sears and Kmart employees are, and perhaps they are "special" as in the company gets a break for hiring retarded employees.
Whatever, I know my complaint will get me nothing and nowhere.
I just headed to Wal-Mart and bought a new dvd player, and the hell with Sears.
As a back-up, I also ordered a spare dvd player from Amazon.com, where at least I am respected an appreciated and treated with decency as a customer and as a person.
When dealing with the Sears employee regarding this, he acted as if I were a convicted criminal, waving a gun and I was wrong, way before he even got my personal information. The burden of proof is on the customer, yes, but if Sears cannot keep track of its own records and customers' names and everything, it's no wonder they are the laughing-stock and the butt of every joke.
If you are an employee of Sears, even the Chairman of the Board, or an officer in this hilarious dumbo-company, you should quit - soon. Quit and avoid the do-do-like mentality and pictures we (Americans with money) have in our minds when thinking of you.
