because of one of your employees' graciousnes, friendliness, and product knowledge, I have become a regular and frequent customer of Sears ; despite having been a cardholder for over 20 years.
This outstanding employee is Bryce who manages the hardware department of the Lafayette, Louisiana store on Johnston Street at the Acadiana Mall. He is the best employee I have ever encountered in any store. He should be considered a valued asset to the Company, he truly undertands customer service and goes above and beyond.
