Today i canceled the agreement that we have had with sears for my dyson vacuum cleaner for the last six years. It had been sent for repair via the way of hoenix as the case is for tucson and it came back not fixed, after a two week wait. I pay about $80 a year for this contract and so now i am taking it locally as it has to have a new switch and to be cleaned out amoung other things that was not done in phoenix.in fact ti came back in worse shape than it went up to the repair shop with. There is no describing the lack of quality service from sears. We did have all the appliances in our house contracted with them as we have all kenmore appliances. I cant say the service has worsenend as it has been decling for years. For in fact it has always been the worst, but we were of the mind set that sears was a good place to go as we had continue to live in the past from the military days of being overseas and taking our catolog along with us, but this kmart mentality that they have been forced to adopt is unreal. The time has come for sears to listen to all of the disgrunteled customers and change before it is too late and they go to the way of montgomery wards. As far as kmart who cares??? Who we feel badly for are the employees who lost greatly when kmart called in the sears stock at a great loss to the sears employees and investors. To all of those who read this please voice your opinions to sears via email ect so they will get the message.
