Sent an e-mail stating I need to complete information to recieve a credit card. I clicked on the link and filled out the information.
When I clicked next, I realized it was a prepaid card. I just closed out of the website at that time. They then charged me 159.95 for the card. When I talked to them they could not find my account When they finally found my account, they stated that my card was on the way.
I informed them I did not want the card and I wanted the money credited back to my account.
They informed me that they would close my account, but could not issue a refund as it was over 3 days old.
In the e-mail I recieved, I did not see anything that stated anything about there refund policy
