On a soliciation on the internet Liberty Union said I could get a $ 10,000 load limit for a Visa card with no credit checks.in their internet ad there was no mention of any advance fees or charges. I entered the information required including my bank & bank account number.
I never heard anything from them, however approx 3 weeks later my account was debited by their affliate for $159.99 a so called processing fee. I tried to contact them ia phone and Email and never received any answer.
I contact the Mo/Atty General 's Office and they advise me to file a wriiten report. I notified Liberty Union via Email that I wanted my so called processing fee returned as requested by the Atty General's Office, but instead they sent me a prepaid debit-card in which I wuld have to have enugh money in my checking account to activate the card.
I returned the card ripped in half, and about a week later received a phone call from Liberty thatin effect said they would not return any fees debted against my account.
