I was looking for a payday loan. I received an e-mail that said fast easy dough between paychecks. I opened the e-mail, it took me to a website called www.fastestpayday.com and filled out the requested information which included my bank account number and bank routing number.
I clicked on the submit button and instead of giving me further instructions on the payday loan it took me to the website for USAcredit. It told me I was approved for a merchandise credit card with them. All of my personal information was already filled out (name, address, etc.) I scrolled down to try find a button to pass on the offer, but there wasn't one. So I clicked the x button to close the window. When I did this a page came up that said Thank You for becoming a member of USAcredit and that a fee of $149 would be deducted from my checking account within 1 business day. I never filled out the rest of the information they were asking for on the USAcredit application page including my banking information. I will not know until in the morning if they deduct the money or not, but they clearly stated that they were going to and I would receive my card in the mail shortly after. I tried to find a phone number or e-mail address to contact them but could find neither. When i did a search for them it took me to your website and here I am.
