Stay away from this prepaid card!
This card isn't any good when it comes to using their direct deposit of your federal and state benefits. I don't understand WHY they just don't say no TAX refunds for this card! I had my tax refund deposited on this card and they closed my account the same day my REFUND hit my card. Asked me to fax in everything to them. BUT they had already sent my refund back to the IRS. So I ask myself why send in all this information when you just delyed my refund almost 2 months waiting for it to resend in the mail...
Do not deposit your tax refund on this card otherwise they will freeze your acct and send your refund back. Close your account and make u send in id.
What is the point! I am so mad. I know others have had their funds frozen by this company and still they encourage so many to have their refunds sent. This could hurt alot of people who depend on their refund.
