Placed order for 2 bags at puremoda.com website on Dec 1st. Company sent me wrong merchandise on Dec 21st. I returned the bags on Dec 27th, they promised a refund on Jan 15th, but I never get it!
Company has toll free business phone that only takes orders but doesn't handle customer service! Company never returned emails! I sent numerous emails to them, non get their attention! Online help is mostly switch off.
Company is avoiding me for a refund. Unfortuantely the transaction was done via wire transfer and I am an overseas buyer. I did not get my refund to date and is very lost and desperate.
Please help.
