I have ordered a dior bag and instead a diffrent model defected and fake one was sent, I have resent the bag and wanted some explanotory having original bag my self I knew this was not one, I have asked for an exchange of an original or refund. They have promised to send me one in week time. I never received anything or never my 1000 or more emails were replied to.
I have been waiting for more than a month, I have tried to call but toll free is only for order taking and they claim to know nothing about customer service no. Phone no given for international is an anwering machine. I have paid by bank transfer. I trusted them because they had an account and phone no.
