Buyer beware! I recently purchased a bag online from topmodeapurses.com as a gift for my mom for $525.00 from their half year sale collections. According to their website, although slightly handled or used, all their bags are authentic. I sent them an email requesting for the bag to be returned since it is a very bad replica of the authentic bag.
Instead of an apology and an immediate refund, they had the nerve to tell me that they will not honor my refund request since my excuse for returning the bag is not valid despite accepting their restocking fee of 15% plus shipping fees.
