Told them on my check that I was paying in advance 3 months. Wrote on each check what month it was for. They posted two on my mortgage and the other, they said was put on the principal. I even called them to make sure I could do this. It took me two months to straigten this up. I don't like this company either. They bought my veterans loan from New Century (whom I don't trust either. Next time I will really check out who I do business with. I thought I had this time. Aggravated. I am a single woman who bought a house on my own and worked very hard. I am really concerned about Ocwen. I hope we can put them out of business.
