OK, I had a HUD loan that was bought by Ocwen. When I was with HUD, I fell behind and got on a forebearance plan.
Before Ocwen got it I was back to my regular payment and I thought everything was fine. Not so.
I calculated that with Ocwen, I will never pay off my house.
They have charged me double interest, wrong tax amounts, late fees of 100.00 or more, etc.
HUD is now involved again and I am waiting to see what they come up with.
Not too confident they won't try to rip me off somehow. I will gladly join a class action suit.
I have all the paperwork from over the years. I have proof!
