OCWEN Federal Bank is by far the worst mortgage bank existing... LOOK OUT for wrongful foreclosures, you could be next. It's been almost one year now and because of OCWEN my family no longer lives in our first home. OCWEN wanted to have our family tossed to the curb in 48 hours if we didn't come up with $6000.00, that esclated to $9,000.00 in a matter of hours. But they could not tell me what the money was for. I have all of my phone records from trying to contact them and always getting voice mail, never a person (and I use the term person loosely to describe anyone at that company).
They have ruined our credit, cost us and ungodly amount of money for an attorney that after OCWEN has strung the case along for 11 months that my attorney withdrew from the case due to NO MORE MONEY. They thrive on people to run out of money so it looks as though they win. I can only hope someone takes them to the cleaners. They are BAD NEWS. I have a friend at a mortgage company and her lenders have red flags everywhere with OCWEN. Unfortunately I found out too late and now too broke. I too had 2 other mortgage banks before OCWEN and never had a single problem. From the first month after OCWEN bought the loan it has been a total RIP OFF.
Somebody please get them!!!
