My husband and I refinaned our house in March with B N C MORTAGE for three months. Then it was sold to OPTION ONE MORTAGE. Then three months later it was sold to OCWEN FEDERAL BANK. We were unaware that OCWEN even bought our account.
We never received any paperwork from OCWEN saying that they bought our contract from OPTION ONE. The first time we knew that OCWEN bought the contract is when we received a letter from their attorneys stating that we were behind in our payments. We tried to contact Brenda Vasquez SR. Loan resolution consultant. She did not return our phone calls.
We sent a payment to OPTION ONE they sent it to OCWEN. Later our check was returned to us from OCWEN they refused our payment and sent the check back. We have made several attempts to get this matter taken care of and they have refused every attempt that we have made.
Now we are in the finial stages of foreclosure.
We have lived in this house for 12 1/2 years and now we have to leave.
