I recently purchased a Sprint plan and phone through CellularBuy online. I clearly stated on their fill-in form when my contract was up at my old carrier (AT&T). As soon as I submitted the form they had Sprint send a request to AT&T which cancelled my contract early and generated a $175 early termination fee.
Now they will not talk to me, after waiting 20 minutes on hold they keep saying a manager will call me back but never does.
I can't wait to see these creeps behind bars.
