I asked on line at the Sprint web site If I had my phone long enough to terminate with out a fee. They sent me an e-mail that said I had my phone long enough there would be NO FEE! So just to be sure I went to the store where I bought my phone and asked them the same thing. They told me the same thing NO early termination FEE. I terminated and got a bill for early termination fee. Turns out I was short by one month. They made me pay they said pay or we will turn it over to a collection agency. What a RIPOFF! I tried calling the Sprint customer service dept. And they said we can't help you pay the fee!
