Complaint / Review
Sprint PCS
Ripoff They want early disconnect fee and cannot provide reliable service!

For the past 3 1/2 years I have had Sprint PCS for my Cell service.

The first two years had some problems, dropped calls, noise, Echos etc.

They assured me that service in the Fallon Nevada area would soon be improved and at no time notified me that I was in a fringe area of coverage. Which I am!

I resigned my contract for two more years, a mistake, based on information they provided at that time, the service would be improved in the next few months.
After 3 1/2 years I had enough.

75% of my calls were so bad that I had to complete them on land lines. The static was unbarable and the drop off's were constant.

I had the phone checked by a technician who stated that the phone was in good working order and that my problem was in fact Sprint PCS.

Prior to changing to another carrier I called Sprint PCS to notify them as to why I was dropping their service.
I was forced to speak to someone in the Phillipines, which did nothing to enhance my experience with Sprint.

The next day I changed service to another carrier and now Sprint expects me to pay them a $150 early termination fee.

The way I see it is that they, Sprint PCS, were in fact in "Breach of contract" by failing to provide suitable Cellular service.

Heres the deal, Sprint PCS, hurry up and wait for that $150 dollars for early termination.
Sprint PCS should pay me for all the problems with their service and the fact that they lied regarding the service in my area.
